For the past year or so I've been hard at work with my former band mate from Good Asian Drivers- Melissa Li on a musical about our years on the road together.

We love queer processing so we're writing the story of three kids on the road in a politically driven queer and Asian band and the complicated story of a trio navigating the U.S. in search of themselves and a community they can feel at home in.

Phew, that was a lot.

I'm really proud of our work together so far and it's been amazing to work with Melissa in a different capacity. She writes brilliant music and dialogue and I've been learning a lot from her.
